file Question can not save or submit results

Love the benchmark, very entertaining.
I installed the software and used my free code, enjoyed it so paid for advanced code right away. I enter this code and the upgrade page says I am successful. Advanced unlocked.

But after running a test and trying to submit results I get the following error - "There is a problem with saving results in your account"

The program then opens a web browser to my profile page on allbenchmark.com

I have been in discussions with support about this issue, they have suggested reinstalling, checking my code and running as admin. No luck so far.

I have noticed that if I close and reopen the program, my code on the about page will be a different one, not my Advanced one from my profile page (the one I entered).

Has anyone else had this problem and maybe found a solution?

We just uploaded BETA16, that should fix your problem. If not - then please post here, I will catch it faster than support.

Looks like the update fixed the unable to save or submit issue for me, great!
I'm going to guess the hardware recommendation does not yet work? It also tells me I need to upgrade to advanced version.

Other than that everything looks ok, not sure how to set a profile image yet.
System specs didn't seem to be able to get my RAM Memory Type or Memory Manufacturer. I'm using Kingston hyper X Beast KHX24C11T3K4/16X if that helps.

Yep hardware recommendation will start work when we will erase hall of fame, and gather proper info. We have memory information on server already (type and vendor) but we don't display it yet.
As for your disks - I'll answer about it in beta 16 thread.
