file Pytanie 'Firewall' Issue

I have just installed the basic version of catzilla, when I run the test I am unable to sumbit results. I get the following message "Error connection to our server. Check your firewall settings or try again later." This message occurs even with the firewall off. Occasionally the app is able to open my profile in a web browser but my result never shows. I managed to get one test through succesfully today, anyone able to shed some light?
